My mom had a hole in a pipe under a vanity and it's Labor Day weekend so we weren't sure if we would be able to get a plumber. We called 5 different plumbers. Our 6th call we were able to get ahold of Lou right away who owns this business. His wife said they could come out the next day between 11-12 and would call to confirm we still needed their services. Lou called at 11:01 just as he said he arrived right on time for the appointment with his wife who also helps with the business.Lou gave a free estimate and asked if my mom agreed to the price. It was very reasonable and she didn't feel any pressure to use his services. He completed the job efficiently and neatly and even gave my mom a senior citizen discount. We will definitely continue to use Lou for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
